Palak (
spinach) is too good for health. But none of us like too have it simply. But if we twist it and make it then everyone will enjoy it, and at the same time we can have this healthy vegetable.
Ingredients for Palak Malai Kofta Curry:
For Kofta:
Bread - 3-4 pieces,
Paneer - 1/2 cup,
Boiled corn - 1/4 cup,
Hung curd - 01 cup,
Baking powder - 01 pinch,
Chopped green chilly - 01 tbsp,
Chopped coriander - 01 tbsp,
Peppercorn crushed - 1/2 tsp,
Maida (fine flour) - 01 cup,
Cashew - 02 tbsp,
Salt to taste.
For The Gravy:
Spinach (roughly chopped) - 04 cup,
Green chilly - 1-2 (finely chopped),
Ginger - 02 tbsp,
Oil - 02 big spoon,
Coriander powder - 01 tbsp,
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp,
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp,
Tomato - 2-3 (to make tomato puree)
Salt to taste.

How to Make Palak Malai Kofta Curry:
TO MAKE KOFTA:
Cut the bread edges, crushed it and mix with curd. After 10 minutes mix, apart from maida, above written kofta ingredients, mash it with masher or take help of finger.
After this you will get a soft dough. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and make small balls. Now kofta is ready to fry. Do the coating of kofta with maida and deep fry till the kofta turns brown.
TO MAKE GRAVY:
Spinach, green chilly and ginger take in a pressure cooker and cook it to 1 whistle. Take out and make paste in mixer. After this heat oil in a kadhai add chopped onion.
Do sauté, when the onion gets brown add tomato puree, stir properly. Now add coriander, red chilly powder and salt. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. When oil comes out to upper surface of the gravy add 1/2 cup of water. Cook it for 5-6 minutes.
Now add fried koftas in the gravy and cook it to one boil. Turn off the gas and take out the palak malai kofta in a bowel.
Garnish with grated cheese and fresh whipped cream. Forget the hotel and restaurant, and enjoy home made palak malai kofta.
