Bhel Puri (Sev Puri or Jhal Muri) is one of the most favorite and no. 1 street food, always increase the charm of each and every Fair, Expo and Mahotsav etc. So why not we should make it at home?
Ingredients for Bhel Puri:
Sev - 50 gram,
Papdi or Mathri - 8-10,
Boiled peeled and chopped potato - 02 cups,
Finely chopped onion - 3-4 tbsp.,
Chopped coriander - 3-4 tbsp.,
Lemon juice - 2-3 tsp.,
Chat masala - 01 tsp.,
Salt to taste.

How to Make Bhel Puri:
Take a big bowel put puffed rice, broken papdis, potato, onion and rest of chutneys and spices apart from sev and coriander.
Mix them quickly, garnish with sev and coriander.
Serve immediately.
NOTE:-
Bhel Puri should be eat just after preparing, otherwise it will get soft because of extra moisture of chutneys, potato or coriander etc.
