We can make Kalakand of two type, one is traditional another is instant. Traditional method takes too much time but instant method will take a bit of time. On the occasion of festival it is one of the quick and perfect sweet dish. Because it is loved by children as well as adults. So let’s make Instant Kalakand.

Instant Kalakand Recipe - How To Make Instant Kalakand

Ingredients for Instant Kalakand: 

Mawa - 250 gram,
Paneer - 250 gram,
Sugar powdere - 200 gram,
Oil - 01 tsp,
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp,
Peeled almond flanks.

How to Make Instant Kalakand:

Take a heavy bottom kadhai and heat one tsp of oil and spread in the kadhai.

Now put the mawa and cook it for 3-4 minutes, when the sweet smell comes out from the mawa add mashed paneer also cook it for 7-8 minutes till the moisture of mixture gets dry and both the things mix together.

Now switch off the gas and let the cool down mixture.

After 2-3 minutes add sugar powder and cardamom powder to the mixture. Don’t put the sugar powder in hot mixture because it will make the mixture sticky. If this happens by is take you can add dry milk powder to the mixture.

Now grease the trey in which you want to set kalakand mixture. Put the mixture of paneer and mawa and do the leveling by flat bottom any small pot. Sprinkle the almond flanks on it. Now keep the trey in the fridge.

After one hour take out the trey from the fridge and run the knife on the mixture by cutting the kalakand in your favorite shape.

Your instant kalakand is ready now. You can use it for one week by keeping it in the fridge.
