Yummy Papad Kadhi By Ms. Archana Singh (Mayur Vihar, New Delhi)
Ingredients for Papad Kadhi:
Lijjat papad - 08,
Curd - Half cup,
Kashmiri mirch powder - Half tsp.,
Green chilly splitted - 04,
Oil - 01 tbsp.,
Turmeric powder - Half tsp.,
Garam masala powder - Half tsp.,
Coriander powder - Half tsp.,
Fenugreek seeds (Methi dana) - Half tsp.,
Salt - According to taste.

How to Make Papad Kadhi:

1st cut Papad into 6 Pieces and lightly soak them and took out. Churn curd with salt, turmeric powder and Coriander powder.
Now take awoke and heat oil. Add methi dana, splitted chilly and chilly powder.
Add curd and mix them. Also add little water. Mix properly brings a boil.
Now add papad pieces and garam masala.
After 1 Minute off the flame and enjoy Papad Kadhi with Roti or Paratha.
