Momos are steamed food. It is a Chinese dish, because of its good taste and healthy food it becomes no. 1 street food. It is a zero oil recipe, so everybody like Momos and prefer for children. So why not we should make this recipe, let’s start!
Ingredients for Veg Momos:
Flour (Maida) - 100 gram,
Grated paneer - 1/2 cup,
Chopped cabbage - 01 cup,
Chopped carrot - 1/2 cup,
Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup,
Chopped onion - 01 cup,
Chopped green chilli - 02 tsp.,
Grated ginger - 01 tsp.,
Chopped coriander - 2-3 tsp.,
Garlic - 6-7 cloves (beaten),
Til oil - 02 tbsp.,
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp.,
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp.,
Vinegar - 01 tbsp.,
Soya sauce - 01 tsp.,
Salt to taste.

How to Make Veg Momos:
Take flour, add oil, salt, mix well, add water in part kneed the flour. Cover the dough with wet muslin cloth and keep aside for one hour.
Take a pan heat 2 tsp of oil, put onion and garlic, sauté, now add ginger and green chilli and fry for two minutes.
Now add chopped vegetables, paneer, black pepper, chilli powder, soya sauce, salt and green coriander. Stir and cook for two minutes. Now turn off the stove, your filling is ready.
Punch the dough, and divide into equal portions, make small balls, now roll on one ball, thin as chapati of 3 inch diameter, place one tsp. of filling and seal the filling by lifting one side edge, do pleating. Repeat the same with rest of filling and dough.
When all the Momos are ready to steam, take a Momo maker or steamer or Idli maker.
Greece the pot and on high heat let the boil water, when water is boiling place the momos in the steamer.
Cook for 10 minutes. It is ready to eat now. Take out and serve with red chilli and garlic chutney, tomato and chilli sauce etc.
