Now a day’s children are so choosy about food. They are putting so many options in front of us. They don’t want use home made food, always attract towards street food or junk food. But keeping in mind the choice of children Yummy Recipes introducing a very yummy Indo Chinese recipe, that is Spring Roll. It is very good for brake fast. I hope you will like it.
Veg. Spring Rolls Recipe - How To Make Veg. Spring Rolls

Ingredients for Spring Rolls:

Flour - 100 gram, 
Cabbage - 200 gram (finely chopped), 
Paneer - 100 gram (mashed), 
Green chilli - 02 (chopped), 
Grated ginger - 02 tsp., 
Soya sauce - 01 tsp., 
Chilli powder - 01/4 tsp., 
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp., 
Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp., 
Oil - 100 ml., 
Salt to taste.

How to Make Spring Rolls:

Strain the flour (maida) first, then add approx 1.5 time more water and make a thin smooth paste. Now keep aside the paste for 2 hours.

Now take a pan heat 1 tsp of oil and put chopped cabbage, crumble paneer, ginger and green chilli. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Now add chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, ajinomoto and soya sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Your stuffing is ready for spring role. 

Now we will make the spring roll wrapper. For wrapper take a nonstick tava, put one tsp. of oil and spread it on tava.

Now take one tspn. flour paste, pour on tava, spread it with the help of spoon, same as dosa. Cook on simmer, when the colour of upper surface gets change and edges leaving the tava transfer the wrapper on a greased plate.

When the wrapper is ready put two spoon of stuffing on it, spread vertically. Now turn the right and left edges inside. Make role of wrapper. Like this when the rest of role is get ready we will fry it.

Take a kadai, put some oil and fry 2 or 3 role, when they become golden brown its mean they are ready. If you want, you can deep fry the spring role, same like pakoda.

Now you can serve piping hot Veg. Spring Role with your favorite chutney.
