How to Make Spring Rolls:
Now take a pan heat 1 tsp of oil and put chopped cabbage, crumble paneer, ginger and green chilli. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Now add chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, ajinomoto and soya sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Your stuffing is ready for spring role.
Now take one tspn. flour paste, pour on tava, spread it with the help of spoon, same as dosa. Cook on simmer, when the colour of upper surface gets change and edges leaving the tava transfer the wrapper on a greased plate.
Take a kadai, put some oil and fry 2 or 3 role, when they become golden brown its mean they are ready. If you want, you can deep fry the spring role, same like pakoda.
Now you can serve piping hot Veg. Spring Role with your favorite chutney.
