Indo Chinese style Chilli Potato is not only favorite of children but you and me also crazy about it. It is very famous now a days. The specialty of this recipe is either you can make with gravy (if you like spicy food) or without gravy. So let’s talk about chilly potato recipe. It is one of the special potato recipe.

Chilli Potato Recipe - How To Make  Chilli Potato

Ingredients for Chilli Potato:

Potato - 04 (medium sized),
Corn flour - 04 tbsp,
Green chilli - 02 (finely chopped),
Spring onion - 02 cups (finely chopped),
Ginger paste - 01 tbsp,
Tomato sauce - 03 tbsp,
Soya sauce - 01 tsp,
Chilli sauce - 01 tsp,
White vinegar - 01 tsp,
Chilly flanks - 1/2 tsp,
Sugar - 01 tbsp,
Oil - 04 tbsp,
Salt to taste.

How to Make Chilli Potato:

Peel of the potatoes and cut in a cubes. Wash the potato cubes and rinse the water. Now do the coating of corn flour on potato cubes by dipping the cubes in corn flour. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the cubes till it gets golden brown. 

Now take a pan and heat the oil, when oil get hot allow simmer and put ginger garlic cook for 2 minutes and now add chilly, tomato and soya sauce. Mix it well. Now in a 1/4th cup of water add 2 tbsp of corn flour.

Add corn flour mixture to the spices of pan. Stir frequently. Add sugar and salt. Now add fried potato cubes, chilly flanks, spring onion and vinegar. Cook it for 3-4 minutes and check that potato is soft enough. 

Now your Chilli Potato is ready. Take out in a serving dish and garnish with grated cheese. Enjoy indo Chinese style Chilly Potato.
