Ingredients for Paneer Recipe:
Full cream milk – 02 liters,
Lemon juice / Vinegar - 02 big spoon,
Muslin cloth - 1/2 meters.

How to Make Paneer Recipe:
It is easy to make paneer from milk. Boil the milk in a big pot. When the milk starts boiling, put the vinegar/lemon juice into the milk and keep stirring the milk with spoon. After sometimes the casein present in milk and water will be separated from each other.
Turn off the gas and filter the torn milk to remove the outer out of it. After this tie the casein part in the muslin clothe and hang it. This way the remaining water will also be squeezed out of it.
After 15 minutes press the casein tied in muslin clothe under some heavy object for at least 30 minutes. Open the clothe after 60 minutes. You will get approximately 200 grams of fresh paneer. Now wash it with cold water and use it in your favorite dishes.
The water left during this process should not be flushed. It is very hygienic. You can use this water in making Upma, mashing the dough or making pulses or soup.
