Chilli Paneer is a Chinese food. It is very tasty as well as healthy. It is madly loved by Indian. In India it becomes a street food also. It is loved by everyone, either child or adult.
Chilli Paneer Recipe - How To Make Chilli Paneer
Ingredients for Chilli Paneer:
Paneer - 350 gram,
Capsicum - 02 (in square cut),
Onion - 02 (in square cut),
Corn flour - 04 tbsp,
Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup,
Olive oil - 1/4 cup,
Vinegar - 01 tsp,
Soya sauce - 02 tsp,
Chilli sauce - 2 tsp,
Chopped Green chilli - 02 tsp,
Grated ginger - 01 tsp,
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp,
Chilly flanks - 1/4 tsp,
Ajinomoto - 01 pinch,
Mint leaves - 4-5,
Salt to taste.

How to Make Chilli Paneer:
First of all cut the paneer in cubes. Sprinkle corn flour on paneer cubes and toss them properly. Now in anon stick pan heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till gets light pink. 

Take out the cubes in a pot and keep aside. Now in a hot pan put olive oil, add onion saute then add chopped ginger, green chilli and capsicum. Saute again for 2 minutes.

Now in the same pan add paneer cubes, soya, tomato and chilli sauce. Add vinegar, Ajinomoto, chilly flanks and black pepper powder also. Stir continuously.

Now in a 1/4th cup of water add 2 tsp of corn flour, make a fine solution and to the pan. Stir frequently. Turn off the gas. 

Chilly Paneer is ready now. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve it.
