Easy Paneer Dosa Recipe - How To Make Paneer Masala Dosa

Easy Paneer Dosa Recipe - How To Make Paneer Masala Dosa

Ingredients for Paneer Dosa:
Rice - 01 cup (raw), 
Rice - 01 cup (boiled), 
Grated paneer - 01 cup, 
Chopped green chilli - 02 tsp., 
Chopped coriander - 02 tsp., 
Oil - 04 tsp., 
Salt to taste.

How to Make Paneer Dosa:
First of all soaked raw rice and boiled rice together for 2 hours. After 2 hours drain water and grind the rice in grinder, make smooth paste. Now crumble paneer, green chilli and coriander, mix with rice paste.

Now take a Dosa pan (if dosa pan is not available, use heavy bottom tava) heat, and put one big spoon of rice mixture and spread on pan equally, it should not be very thin layered.

Put some oil on edges, simmer 5 minutes, when dosa turns golden brown, fold it and take out in a plate, serve with Sambhar and Narial chutney.

Note:
If you like foaming dosa so keep rice paste for 5 hours then add paneer, make as above. If you don’t like mix paneer with rice paste, so make Plane Dosa and sprinkle paneer masala on dosa, wrape it.

For this heat oil add chopped onion and cumin seed, when cumin splutter add turmeric crumble paneer and salt. Do not overcook, turn off gas, add chopped coriander and green chilli. This paneer masala you can spread on dosa, as you wish.
